Charlie Rankin is a former award-winning music educator, small business owner, and technology innovator with more than two decades of experience helping schools, booster organizations, and nonprofits achieve their goals.
After serving as a band director and earning Teacher of the Year honors, Charlie transitioned into the fundraising and school solutions industry, where he has helped schools raise millions of dollars through fundraising campaigns, apparel programs, events, and community engagement initiatives. His unique background allows him to understand both the challenges educators face and the practical systems needed to support them.
Charlie is passionate about building tools that save time, reduce stress, and help leaders focus on what matters most—serving students and their communities. His work combines fundraising, apparel, event management, communication, and automation into simple, scalable solutions for schools and organizations.
