Kyle has been in the performing arts for more than 20 years. He has taught at every level including High School, Collegiate, and Independent. As a performer he marched with the Sacramento Freelancers and the University of Nevada. As a teacher his ensembles often see high success.
Currently, Kyle is the captain head at Oak Ridge High School who, in their first year of competitive indoor drumline, have achieved great success. He also oversees the drumline at the University of Nevada, Reno as instructor and arranger. As a designer, Kyle enjoys the challenge of creating an intriguing program that the audience will enjoy while challenging his students to develop new skills and hone existing ones.
In his free time, Kyle enjoys working on his house, playing golf, exploring new areas of town, and learning to play pickleball.
